About subscriptions

QWhat can free users do?

Six casts per month: check your daily fortune rating plus one weekly SPY outlook. Enough to experience the method and decide if you want more.

QCan I cancel my subscription?

Full refund within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked. After the refund window, you can turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

QWhat's the difference between the three paid tiers?

Observer covers the everyday: weekly and monthly projections, AI directional readings, and a 100-credit monthly follow-up allowance. Tactician unlocks the full hexagram board, deeper AI readings, 300 follow-up credits, and quarterly earnings readings. Ultimate is built for serious Liuyao practitioners — quarterly and yearly projections, master-grade readings, 600 follow-up credits, unlimited casts, and one-on-one time with a master.

QHow do follow-up credits work?

Each follow-up message costs 10 credits — only the messages you send are charged; the diviner's replies and failed requests never are. Observer, Tactician, and Ultimate include 100, 300, and 600 credits a month, resetting on the 1st. Run out and you can upgrade, or top up at $10 for 100 credits (about 10 messages).

QWhy is Ultimate so much more expensive?

Ultimate unlocks yearly projections and master-grade readings — the full classical system (Najia, Six Relations, reversed and nuclear hexagrams, transformation chains) takes real computational depth. Yearly projections are included with Ultimate, unlimited, at no extra charge. If you mainly check your daily fortune and the weekly market pulse, Observer is plenty.

QWhat payment methods are accepted?

For now, subscriptions and top-ups are handled through our Discord community — join, follow the payment instructions, and your account is activated by hand within minutes. Card and PayPal checkout are on the way.

QHow is my data protected?

All cast data is tied to your account only. We never use it to train models and never share it with third parties. You can export or permanently delete all records in Settings → Data at any time.
